Registration: What you need to know

  • How to register?

To start the registration process, you will simply have to either click on the link we will send you, click on the link that will be provided via social medias or go on our website and click on the “Register Now” button that will be available in the homepage or under the registration tab.

 

1.1 How to fill in the form?

The registration will be carried out via a Google form. It will be unique and linked to your personal Google or G-suite account. 

What does this mean? 

1 – You need to have or create a Google Account to access the form. If you don’t have one, you can create one in a few minutes at the following link: https://accounts.google.com/signup/v2/webcreateaccount?hl=en&flowName=GlifWebSignIn&flowEntry=SignUp 

2 – To complete multiple registrations from the same device, you will have to log out and log in into the new account every time. 

3 – Your reply will always be accessible from the registration link below or the registration button on the website and you will always be able to modify it until the form will be closed. 

 

1.2 What do you need to register? 

The form will guide you step by step, but the information you will need to provide to complete your registration will require: 

  • Country ID/Passport Data; 
  • Reachable phone number; 
  • Reachable email address; 
  • Reachable emergency contact; 
  • Detailed health conditions (in particular if you suffer from heart diseases, panic attacks, claustrophobia); 
  • Detailed lifestyle (vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, religion-related habits); 

 

You will be able to insert your travel details at a later time if you do not have them yet, as they are not a requirement to complete the registration. 

 

1.3 Registration rules

Please remember that at the registration opening, each European country will be allowed a maximum of 12 spots (DL and ILO) included and that there are 100 spots available. 

Also, please be aware that to confirm your registration, payment has to be completed in 21 days from receiving the confirmation email. In any case, registration must be paid in full by the time the event takes place.

 

1.4 Confirmation Email

You will receive a confirmation email in max 24 hours from the time of your registration. It will contain a recap of your order and indicate the deadline by which to complete the payment and the bank details.

2. Payment

2.1 Normal Registration Fee

Normal registration fee consists of:

  • € 325 for Double Room; 
  • € 305 for Triple Room; 
  • € 450 for Single Room;

Once the normal registration will be closed, an extra fee of 30 Euros will be applied to all packages.

 

2.1.2 Payment Information 

For Leo Europa Forum 2020, we kindly ask to make a bank transfer for the full amount of room and potential gadgets, indicating NAME, LAST NAME, MD/D.

Fee must be paid within 14 calendar days. In the case we won’t receive your payment by the deadline, your spot will be reassigned. 

The bank account information is included in the confirmation email.

No other form of payment will be accepted for registration fees.

 

2.3 Terms & Conditions

In order to complete the registration for the Leo Europa Pre Forum 2020, a participant has to accept the Forum Terms & Conditions. Such Terms define also our policy in case of  cancellations or damages. You can read the Terms & Conditions here.
